Eric now serves as Vice President of Construction at Orren Pickell Building Group, where he oversees all aspects of the company’s construction operations. Drawing on years of hands-on experience and leadership across multiple departments, Eric is focused on elevating quality, consistency, and efficiency across every phase of the building process. His mission is to ensure each project reflects the company’s high standards and delivers an exceptional experience for clients—from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.
Prior to stepping into this role, Eric led our sales and marketing team. This role gave him a comprehensive understanding of client needs, team coordination, and the importance of seamless communication across departments. Eric’s holistic perspective enhances his ability to lead construction operations that are as well-organized as they are client-focused.
Eric’s passion for homebuilding began early—he was giving model home tours as a child and working in the maintenance department—and has only deepened over the years. His experience also includes service as a construction leader with Sussex County Habitat for Humanity in Delaware through AmeriCorps.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys remodeling his own home and spending time with his growing family.
