Our most popular option

Most clients start with the semi-annual contract, our most popular option: two visits a year, coordinators who handle the calendar, and a service record kept on your home.

Cabinets, doors, and windows sit on that list for a reason: wood moves with the air around it. The EPA puts the healthy indoor range at 30 to 50 percent relative humidity. A technician who knows how our own millwork shop built a cabinet adjusts it rather than replaces it. Packages can be customized further.

One Call, Any Home, Any Hour

Finding a separate contractor for every task becomes a part-time job. One call reaches a coordinator who books the trades and groups them into as few visits as possible.

Emergencies do not keep business hours

Our emergency line runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Pipes fail on Christmas Eve and two hours before a graduation party, and those calls get dispatched, not queued.

Any age, any builder

You do not need to own one of our custom homes to join. Contracts are open to houses of any age and any builder. Work beyond our in-house scope goes to trade partners we already build with.
