The Pickell Portal and Physical Closing Book

What paint color and finish are used in your master bedroom? What specific HVAC system was installed in your home? You’ll be able to answer these questions—and much more—thanks to the Pickell Portal™. The Pickell Portal is an always-on, always available, secure website site that houses all the detailed specifications of your home—from paint and trim colors to specific fixtures and systems installed. And if you’re more of a hands-on person, we’ll provide you with the same information in an organized physical closing book.

A Dedicated Transition Team and Proven Punch List Process

We understand that the last 2% of any project is the most difficult—you’re ready for your home to be completed so you can relax and enjoy it. But we’re dedicated to ensuring that we get your home 100% perfect, in 60 days or less. 

The Orren Pickell Building Group’s proven punch list process means that we have a dedicated transition team that focuses on identifying and quickly resolving any outstanding punch list items. Our transition team comes in with a set of fresh eyes, working with you from construction, through your punch list items, and into the maintenance phase, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. We’re in constant communication with you, providing you updates on resolved items and ensuring you’re satisfied.

Ongoing Proactive and Emergency Maintenance

Want to keep your Orren Pickell home and its systems in tip-top shape and protect your investment? Orren Pickell’s dedicated maintenance team can help. If you’re outside of your warranty period, our maintenance contracts will cover everything you need, from planned quarterly and annual maintenance to handling emergency situations. One simple call to our maintenance coordinators is all it takes; we’ll assess the issue and will work with our vetted industry trade partners to address any concerns, keeping disruptions to a minimum.

24 Hour, 365 Day Service

Your Orren Pickell warranty means that we’re only a phone call away if you need service or assistance with your home, whether it be 2PM on a Wednesday or 2AM on a Sunday. We’re here 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in case of an emergency. And you can extend this level of service by signing up for Orren Pickell’s maintenance contract after your home warranty expires.
