Orren Pickell Designers and Builders builds their homes with quality trade partners that demonstrate craftsmanship, customer service, and business acumen above and beyond industry standards.  All subcontractors must meet the following requirements:

  • Sign a yearly "Master Subcontractor Agreement" that outlines scope of work, payment terms, extra work transactions, insurance requirements, project safety and cleanliness, schedule provisions, and compliance with laws and codes.
  • Submit a yearly Certification of Insurance
  • Maintain a current W-9 and Workmans' Compensation Waiver on file, if applicable.

    • Tour tickets are $40 prior to May 4,
